Removing cylinder head

 Notice coolant scaling lines on liner walls, a sure sign we have coolant leaking into cylinder. This is usually caused by a bad head gasket or pin holes in liner walls  caused by cavitation  erosion. 

Removing liner.

Lip of liner is broke off, this is very abnormal on this model engine.

Checked the bottom end of cylinder rods while it was apart for correct diameter and out of roundness. Some were out of round by .003" so had all 4 rods reconditioned.
